- Your bill has all the necessary information needed to enroll.
4. Is it difficult to switch?
- It's simple, you can enroll by phone, internet or paper.
5. When I switch suppliers, is there a disruption of service?
- The switch is seamless and there is no disruption of service.
6. When will my service start?
- After your enrollment is successfully processed by the utility, you will begin drawing power from Starion. It generally takes 1 to 2 billing cycles.
7. Who do I pay?
- All of your billing services will still be provided by your local utility. There are no changes, you will continue to receive the same bill.
8. Are there an enrollment fees or hidden cost?
- It is free to enroll and there are no additional costs.
9. Are there any cancellation fees?
- There are no cancellation fees for residential customers. Based on the product a cancellation fee may apply for commercial customers.
10. Who delivers my electricity?
- Your local utility will continue to deliver your electricity with the same reliable service.
